Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped. So kindly make up your mind before you place the order

If you have received your order in bad condition or if the courier is tempered please don’t accept it and report to us immediately with order id @ dipti@dcollections.in  replacement will be sent.

All the products that you order from us go through quality checks before they reach you. In rare cases that you find them defective,the items should have their tags intact. Product opening video is must and should be returned within 3 days from the receipt of the parcel.

Products that are used, washed, or soiled will not be accepted for an exchange or a refund

Refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods.

We refund only to the customers in India.

Products bought during sale cannot be exchanged or returned

If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 7 business days.

Many of our products are handmade, and hence slight variations are part of the beauty and are to be cherished. Please note that the below are features that will not be considered defective.

• Slight variations in color and design
• Minor stitching issues (common in handmade )
• Minor dye bleeds (common in handmade and hand-printed made from vegetable dyes)

In case you wish to return a product because of reasons other than quality issues,

• You will have to courier the product to our warehouse and bear the return shipping charges
• Refunds will be processed once we receive the product
• We will refund only the actual price of the product

For international Clients

Clients can mail us the opening video and the reason for return at dipti@dcollections.in we will consider if the reason is geniune. The customers will have to send the product back at their cost. Once the product is received the quality check would be done and after satisfactory check  cost of the product will be given as store credit.
